This Request for Funding Application (“Application”) is a request by the above listed business and business owners (individually and collectively, the "Applicant," as further defined in the Lendflow Customer Agreement) to obtain funding from Lenders through the Lendflow Lender Marketplace.
All information and documents that Applicant provides on or in connection with this Application (“Applicant Data,” as further defined in the Lendflow Customer Agreement), is governed by the Lendflow Privacy Policy and subject to the terms of the Lendflow Customer Agreement.
Applicant certifies that (1) Applicant is authorized to submit this Application on behalf of the above named business; (2) all Applicant Data submitted in connection with this Application are true, correct and complete and may be relied upon by Lendflow, Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries and any Lender that receives such Applicant Data, (3) Applicant will notify Lendflow immediately of any material change to any Applicant Data, including its financial condition and (4) Applicant agrees that Lendflow., its affiliates, and its financing partners may contact you at the telephone number and email address you provided for telemarketing, marketing, or informational purposes related to financing, financial products, or any other service. These communications may be delivered using an artificial or prerecorded voice, AI-assisted calling technology, SMS/text messaging, email, or any other method of communication. You affirm that you are providing your number voluntarily and have authority to receive calls at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message or using the opt-out method provided.
Notice: If your Application is submitted to a Lender and subsequently is denied, you have the right to a written statement of the specific reasons for the denial within 30 days of Lendflow receiving your request for the statement. To obtain the statement, contact Lendflow at [email protected] within 60 days from the date you are notified of the credit decision or the Lender directly.
